Job DescriptionAs the Director Finance (Commercial) at Honeywell, you will hold a key leadership position, responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the commercial finance function. Leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals, you will oversee all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service. Your expertise in analyzing financial data will enable you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies will be a critical aspect of your role.
As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving financial performance and achieving business objectives. With your strong leadership abilities, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives
- Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute business plans
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on datadriven insights
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
- Lead and develop a highperforming team of business analysts and planners
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
- Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
- Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
