Best-One Tire & Service in Monroe is looking for an AG Tire Technician who can be a dependable driver to join our team. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, repairing and servicing agricultural tires and wheels, with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship. Experience with farm equipment.  Candidates should have a good work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, if this is you, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do as an AG Tire Technician:

• Dismounting and mounting auto, truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle tires. 
• Operating a service truck on outside service calls.
• Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements. 
• Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.
• Properly executing service and billing documents.
• Following all safety and driving rules.
• After Hours (on call) service calls.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in commercial and/or agricultural vehicles is preferred.
• Farm background experience
• Working in all types of weather.
• Self-Starter
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Repetitive lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.
• High School Graduate or GED preferred.
