We are seeking a *dedicated and energetic MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Therapist* to join our growing behavioral health team. About the Role
As an MST Therapist, you will provide *intensive, family-centered therapy in the home and community*. You will work collaboratively with youth, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to identify barriers to positive change and develop practical strategies that strengthen families and improve outcomes.
Using the *Multisystemic Therapy model*, you will address the multiple factors influencing a young person's behavior, including family relationships, peer relationships, school, and community environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide intensive, home- and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families.
* Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including MST principles, cognitive-behavioral strategies, family therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral interventions as clinically appropriate.
* Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client and family needs.
* Engage caregivers and family members as active participants in treatment.
* Teach and support families in effective communication, behavior-management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution strategies.
* Monitor client progress and modify interventions based on clinical needs and treatment outcomes.
* Collaborate with case managers, schools, behavioral health providers, and other members of the treatment team to coordinate care.
* Respond appropriately to crisis situations using established crisis-intervention and safety protocols.
* Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable professional and organizational standards.
* Participate in ongoing MST training, individual and group supervision, consultation, and team meetings.

Qualifications
* Bachelors or Master's Degree Required (Does not need to be in social work but is preferred)
* Current clinical license or eligibility for licensure, as required by applicable state regulations.
* Experience working with *children, adolescents, and families* in behavioral health, mental health, social services, or related settings.
* Experience providing family-centered, trauma-informed, or community-based services preferred.
* Experience working with youth experiencing behavioral, emotional, developmental, or mental health challenges preferred.
* Knowledge of behavioral interventions, family therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
* Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
* Ability to build trusting relationships with youth and families from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work independently while actively participating in a collaborative treatment team.
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to homes and community locations, if required.
