Are you a therapist or clinical case manager looking for meaningful work with young adults? At _Northwest College Support_, we help college students navigate one of life’s most pivotal transitions—launching into adulthood with confidence, skills, and support.

Based in beautiful downtown Coeur d’Alene, our collaborative team partners with students who have mental health needs or learning differences. We meet them where they are and walk alongside them as they build independence, resilience, and purpose.

*About the Role*

This position blends clinical therapy and case management in a highly relational, team-based environment. You’ll support students as they pursue college, employment, and independent living while developing the tools they need to thrive.

You’ll also have the opportunity to bring your own personality, hobbies, and interests into your work with students. Whether it’s art, music, cooking, outdoor recreation, or other passions, we encourage authentic engagement as a way to build connection, model balance, and support real-world skill development.

*Key responsibilities include:*

* Provide individual psychotherapy and (as appropriate) family therapy
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student goals
* Coordinate care and connect students with community resources
* Support development of life skills, executive functioning, and independence
* Contribute to a flexible, evolving support plan tailored to each student

*Qualifications*

* Master’s degree in a clinical field
* Eligible for (or holding) Idaho licensure: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT
* Experience in mental health counseling or related field
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Familiarity with community mental health resources
* Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment

*Preferred:*

* Experience with case management or multi-system approaches
* Background working with young adults or in structured mental health programs
* Customer service mindset and relationship-centered approach
