Architect (Licensed)

*Requirements:*

* *Illinois Licensed Architect*
* *Be willing to manage Job Captains and instill standards are being met*
* *Both must have C.A.D. experience and be willing to draw*
* *40 hour work week*
* *MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL REMODELING EXPERIENCE & BE ABLE TO DRAW ON A COMPUTER*

Family-owned residential remodeling company established in 1967, specializing in high-end home additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basement & other remodeling projects is looking to add a seasoned Architect to our team!

Duties to include:

· Investigate job sites with team members to identify project obstacles, verify existing site conditions, and avoid potential surprises during construction

· Review Drawings (plans, elevations, and MEP drawings)

· Review Cabinet Drawings

· Review door & window quotes to ensure proper sizing before ordering

. Spec structural members & run structural calculations

· Verify project drawings to an addendum to accurately reflect the approved project scope

· Review Change Order from Job Captains when there are project scope changes

· Ensure work is completed according to project schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
