$120,000 - $250,000 yearly at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Leverage our proven systems and tools to manage leads effectively, converting them into satisfied clients.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with comprehensive insights and guidance.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for property listings.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay informed on local real estate market trends, sharing valuable insights with clients and the team.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and role plays to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications:
Wisconsin Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Desire to grow personally and professionally.
Commitment to creating exceptional client experiences.
