SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Recruiter - Software & Development.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORPis seeking a technical recruiter to act as the central clearinghouse for all SoftwareEngineering and Developer talent acquisition activities.
In this capacity they will identify and pursue channels ofcandidates, source talent to apply as candidates, and evaluate talent foreligibility and best alignment to roles across the entire company. They will partnerwith hiring managers to thoroughly understand thebusiness and the needs of each program. Theywill be the primary point of contact for candidates through the entirety of therecruiting process. They will workclosely with the Recruiting team, the broader Human Resources team, other administrativedepartments to effectively engage and manage candidates through the recruitingprocess.
Thisposition requires a solid understanding of software development processes,methods and practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively acrossboth the technical and administrative groups supported. It is critical to the success of the that theTechnical Recruiter demonstrates the ability to develop and manage professionalrelationships with internal business partners, employees and candidates is critical.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Thisis a great role for an individual who has been recruiting similar roles for 3or more years, or a software engineer or developer who is looking to trysomething outside of day-to-day programming. Previous experience in the defense industry is certainly helpful but notrequired.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; any degree related to engineering orsoftware development is nice to have.
Experience: 3+ years recruiting software engineers and developers.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
