Job Description
Entune Behavioral Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Licensed Therapist / Counselor to provide outpatient mental health and substance use treatment for adults, adolescents, and families. In this role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized, evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists and the interdisciplinary team, coordinate care with community partners, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Coordinate care and collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Engage clients and families in treatment, safety planning, and crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings
- Refer and coordinate with community resources and support services
- Uphold ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care standards
- Contribute to quality improvement and program development initiatives
