Assistant Machine Operator Starting Rate OR Range: $18.75 plus 7.5% an hour shift differential for night shift

As our Assistant Machine operator, you will: - Assist the machine Operator with the everyday operation of the press
- Ensure machine is producing product to exceed our customers' expectations
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
- Receive training to help advance your career
- Move gathered books from end of press and place on skid
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound
- Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
Qualifications: - Experience - Previous machine experience preferred
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications
- Ability to work in teams or alone, ability to motivate other team members
