The IT Training Administrator is responsible for supporting all facets of BILH Enterprise education. The Training Admin team supports all day-to-day logistics and administrative support related to the delivery of training including the upkeep of the BILH Learning Management System. The Training Admin will work closely with and serve as a liaison between all end user groups to ensure accessibility and enrollment of role-specific training.Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Receives and handles all correspondences and interactions for OneBILH shared inboxes and support channels within prescribed timeframes and with appropriate attention to detail.
2. Communicates in a timely and professional manner to those with questions that are posed to the training team.
3. Maintain accurate training records within the LMS.
4. Manage training team-owned ticket queues.
5. Serve as LMS Super User.
6. Accurately maintain class schedules and course offerings including adjusting schedules and assignments to accommodate departmental needs and forecasted hiring volume.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and update training repositories.
8. Monitor class registration to ensure appropriateness of instructor assignment, capacity, and support.
9. Maintains working knowledge of available support avenues and resources and is able to convey these to system end users.
10. Rotate between assigned tasks, shifting priorities as needed based on direction from leadership.
11. Produce and distribute eLearning materials, collaborating closely with instructional designers to develop and validate content.
12. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Licensure, Certification & Registration: None
Experience: 1 – 3 years schedule and training management or comparable logistics experience. Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
· Ability to work proactively and independently, using strong time management, planning and organizational skills.
· Highly customer service driven and team oriented.
· Ability to use effective listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to engage and collaborate cross-functionally with peers, end users and other business partners.
· Solid computer skills include but are not limited to the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and information/file storage solutions. - Strong organizational, data gathering, reporting and analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
· Coordination of virtual instructor-led training
· ServiceNow ticket management experience preferred
· Knowledge handling any Learning Management System, preference to LMS in a healthcare setting

Pay Range:
$29.00 - $40.00The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
Anna Jaques Hospital is a 123 bed community hospital serving 17 cities and towns in the Merrimack Valley . For the second year in a row, the American Association for Respiratory Care awarded the hospital its Quality Respiratory Care Recognition. The hospital had no ventilator acquired pneumonia cases during the last year.
The Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Center is the only such center to receive full accreditation from the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) in Massachusetts .
