The *Child Development Center of Colorado Springs, Inc. (CDC)* is seeking a *Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)* to join our long-standing, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic. You’ll collaborate daily with a supportive team of OTs, SLPs, and PTs in an environment that values teamwork, mentorship, and sustainable clinical practice.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a clinic setting
* Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
* Valid *Colorado OT or COTA license* (required)
* Pediatric therapy experience (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Passion for working with children and families
* Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
