We are an education center dedicated to building confident, independent learners through math and reading. Our team plays a vital role in supporting student success, and we’re looking for someone with strong academic skills and a sharp eye for detail to join us.
Role Overview
As a Math & Reading Grading Specialist, you’ll grade higher-level math and reading assignments with accuracy and consistency, helping our instructional team provide meaningful feedback to students. This behind-the-scenes role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values precision, and takes pride in contributing to student growth.
What You’ll Do
* Accurately grade advanced math worksheets (algebra, geometry, calculus, etc.) and reading comprehension assignments
* Spot patterns in student work and share insights with the instructional team
* Maintain consistency with established grading standards
* Help ensure students receive the right support at the right time
* Keep graded work organized and ready for instructors
What We’re Looking For
* Strong proficiency in higher-level math and/or advanced reading comprehension
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay consistent
* Dependable, punctual, and collaborative
* Previous tutoring, teaching, or grading experience is a plus (but not required)
