Seeking an Assembler 1 at Won-Door Corporation who will be responsible for assembling commercial door panel sections as part of a collaborative production team. This position plays a vital part in ensuring that product assemblies meet precise specifications, quality standards, and production goals. The Assembler 1 must work with attention to detail while following safety procedures and production protocols in a manufacturing environment.
Skills & Abilities - Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, cutsheets, and sketches.
- Proficient in using a tape measure and performing basic math calculations.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - None required.
- OSHA safety training certification preferred.
Education - High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-3 months of related manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Work Environment - Indoor manufacturing setting with varying temperatures.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye and ear protection.
- Fast-paced, team-based environment with daily production goals.
