Quality Inspectors / and General Heavy Lifter Positions – $16-$20 per hour

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Automotive Quality Inspectors, as well as Heavy Lifters for our clients in the located in Greer, Piedmont, Fountain Inn and Simpsonville.

Location: Piedmont, Fountain Inn, Simpsosonville and Spartanburg SC

Start date: ASAP!

Shift hours: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available (Ask about Weekend 12 hour shifts as well)

Payrate: $16.00- $20.00/hr

Responsibilities: (Heavy Lifter Positions require lifting of up to 75lbs)

Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership

Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production.

Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications

Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues

Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements : (Heavy Lifter Positions require lifting of up to 75lbs)

This is an entry level position; Quality experience is a plus

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.

Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory

A great attitude/attendance are a priority

Must pass pre-employment background check.
