*Shift – Monday-Friday 3 pm to 11:30 pm*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Product Builder to join our team in the manufacturing of medical devices. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging precision components in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand tools, and familiarity with manufacturing processes specific to medical devices. *Product Builder - Assembler Duties*

* Assemble medical device components using hand tools, soldering equipment, and plastics injection molding techniques
* Conduct precise measurements with calipers and micrometers to ensure component specifications are met
* Follow detailed assembly instructions and work within ISO 13485 and CGMP guidelines to maintain quality standards
* Perform inspections of assembled products for defects or inconsistencies in a cleanroom setting
* Package finished products according to company protocols, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
* Assist with the operation of manufacturing equipment, including plastics injection molding machines and other specialized tools
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with FDA regulations and industry best practices
* Document production activities accurately and report any quality issues or process deviations to supervisors

*Product Builder Assembler Skills*

* Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools
* Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards, FDA regulations, and CGMP practices relevant to medical device manufacturing
* Mechanical knowledge related to assembly, soldering, and handling small components
* Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
* Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes and equipment operation
* Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and work within strict quality control parameters
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a regulated setting
