Position Overview

The Dining Lead is responsible for managing daily food service operations in corporate office settings, including meal presentation, inventory management, and guest experience. This role is the front line of the Green Top Farms experience, ensuring that every meal service runs smoothly and that guests receive consistent, high-quality hospitality.

Responsibilities
Daily Meal Service & Guest Experience (40%)

Manage daily food service operations in corporate office settings, including plating, presentation, and breakdown

Ensure food presentation, quality, and the overall guest experience meet Green Top Farms standards
Engage with guests proactively and maintain a warm, professional, hospitality-first presence
Monitor service flow and proactively address any issues or adjustments in real time
Inventory Management & Reporting (25%)

Order and receive deliveries, and manage on-site inventory to ensure efficiency and minimize waste

Complete daily consumption reports, weekly rehashes, and communicate inventory and supply needs to Account Managers
Track and flag any discrepancies or shortages promptly
Food Safety & Standards (15%)

Supervise and maintain a food-safe, sanitary environment in accordance with safe food handling guidelines

Monitor and uphold standard operating procedures across all service areas
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at each client location
Team Oversight & Communication (15%)

Supervise on-site team members, including monitoring time and attendance

Train and develop staff on service standards, procedures, and expectations
Manage customer feedback and relay information to the account management team to maintain high-quality service
Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support business priorities and ensure successful service execution
Operational Coordination (5%)

Demonstrate composure and resourcefulness when faced with schedule adjustments, menu modifications, or operational shifts

Maintain organization across service areas and support continuous improvement of site-level operations
Required Qualifications

2+ years of front-of-house experience in a restaurant, cafe, catering, or corporate dining setting

Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills
Ability to carry over 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods
Polished, professional appearance suitable for corporate settings
Proficiency with basic technology and reporting tools
A commitment to personal accountability and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications

New York City Food Handler’s certificate or willingness to obtain

Experience in enterprise workplace dining or corporate food service
Experience with inventory management or ordering systems

Title: Dining Lead

Location: Onsite at client locations (NYC)

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday; Scheduled between 6am-5pm- varies based on client needs

Reports to: Multi Site Manager

Compensation: $24 - $28/hr DOE
