Seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Teaching Professor in Design and Technology at Clark University to teach courses in Digital 3D Modeling, Texturing, Rigging for Animation and Game Studio.
Individuals who accept a full-time faculty appointment at Clark University also accept the scope of responsibilities and privileges of a professional educator working at a research-driven liberal arts college or university. Under the supervision of the Department Chair and the Provost, faculty have as their chief duty to consistently and effectively perform their core duties.
Meeting the essential duties and responsibilities of this position is expected to require full-time engagement commonly understood as 40 hours a week on average. A typical faculty work schedule varies from semester to semester and includes scheduled responsibilities, such as attending scheduled meetings and classes, and week-to-week responsibilities that are flexibly scheduled, such as student meetings, class preparation, and student evaluation.
All Clark faculty are expected to maintain consistently effective teaching standards as one of their chief duties to the students and to the institution:
Master's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field
Expected Hiring Range: $68,800 to $110,000

The compensation for this position will be determined based on factors that include available budget, internal equity, and the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and other job-related credentials. This range represents Clark University's good-faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting consistent with Clark's compensation philosophy and internal alignment.
