*Position Overview*

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Better Days Therapies, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to pediatric clients in an outpatient setting. Our therapists utilize a child-led approach to create engaging and meaningful therapy experiences that support communication development and functional success.

You will collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders while helping children build confidence and independence.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique strengths and needs
* Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions in a play-based, child-led environment
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support carryover and holistic care
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation

*Qualifications*

* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
* Georgia licensure or eligibility for Georgia licensure
* Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative mindset and passion for lifelong learning
