Qualifications:
Previous apartment industry experience required (Porter and Housekeeper positions may vary)
HVAC experience required for maintenance positions
EPA Certification is preferred
Must provide your own basic tools including a drill
Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required
Maintenance Must be available to participate in emergency on-call rotations, when required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties throughout the workday
Must be dependable, motivated, and have a strong work ethic
