Starting Rate: $19.15/hour plus $2/hour shift differential for 3 rd shift.
Base Hours: Nights 3 rd shift 11pm-7am, overtime as needed.

As our Warehouse Lead, you will: - Set-up kitting jobs for you and your team
- Work and run small machinery, make minor machine adjustments - i.e. shrink wrap, labeler
- Complete production and productivity paperwork
- Ensure quality of product through your kitting line
- Train and oversee workers assigned to multiple jobs
- Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the supervisor.
- Operate forklift and electric walkie rider to move pallets of product
No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.
Physical Requirements: - Job requires the ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds
- You'll be standing or walk for the entire duration of your shift
Qualifications: - Prior lead or training experience preferred
