Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE), work order scanning, inventory transactions, or backflushing is preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work orders, Parts Master Lists, drawings, correspondence, work instructions, manuals, policies, procedures, and safety documentation in English.
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities, recognize order dependencies, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong customer focus with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify part shortages, order discrepancies, quality concerns, and schedule risks and escalate them appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across Customer Service, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
