As a
Production Scheduling Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain network by gathering and managing information about our business's capacity to meet customer demand. Your expertise will help ensure that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
You will report directly to our Materials Management Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our production scheduling processes, ensuring that we meet customer demands while optimizing our resources and minimizing waste.
Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identifying opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production.

YOU MUST HAVE- 6+ years of experience in production scheduling or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address scheduling challenges.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
- Experience with inventory management systems and practices.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production control.
WE VALUE- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, and Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
- APICS or CPIM Certification.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
