Job Description
As a Senior Manufacturing Technician here on 3rd shift at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure the production of high-quality aerospace components. You will apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize manufacturing equipment and systems, contributing to operational excellence and product reliability.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of aerospace manufacturing operations, supporting Honeywell’s commitment to delivering innovative and reliable aerospace solutions to customers worldwide.
3rd Shift: Monday thru Friday 11pm to 7am
Responsibilities
• Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks including assembly, testing, and inspection of aerospace components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment and processes to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,500.00 - $90,700.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM.) YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing technician role within aerospace or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
WE VALUE
• Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing technology or related field.
• Experience working in aerospace manufacturing or highly regulated industries.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
