| Physical Requirements | Posisition may involve long periods of sitting and will involve completion of behavioral health counseling notes on an electronic health record using computer resources and typing. Position may also involve walking the length of the clinic on hard surfaces. |
| Shift | M-F 8:00am-5:00pm(40 hrs/week). Position requires attending quality improvement meetings on Wed mornings at 7:45AM, with corroesponding offset in time off per week. Occasional quality improvement or management meetings at 7AM-8AM or 5pm-6pm may infrequently occur. No holiday or weekend shifts. |
| Job Summary | Psychiatry Services seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team performing behavioral health assessments and counseling services and care coordination. In addition to behavioral health counseling, a successful applicant will perform integrated behavioral health care case management services via coordinated care with primary care providers and clinic staff. |
