GBI has always maintained that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are now seeking to add to our team. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in offices in either Livermore, CA; Sacramento, CA, Portland, OR, Wenatchee, WA or Maple Valley, WA.
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the marketing team, estimators, project managers, engineers, and company leadership to develop high-quality proposals and pursuit materials. This role supports the pursuit process from kickoff through final submission, helping ensure each deliverable is accurate, compliant, visually engaging, and aligned with the overall pursuit strategy.
This position is well suited for a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Success in this role requires curiosity, initiative, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow, contribute meaningful ideas, and become a trusted member of the pursuit team.

This position offers a pay range of $36 to $41 hourly.
