Starting Pay Range: $18.45/hr
Pay Grade Range: $18.45 - $22.80/hr +$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential
Additional Incentives: - Up to $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement after 60 days of employment.

As our General Material Handler 1, you will: - Ensure that production goals are met and monitor product quality
- Follow instructions given by machine operator during production process
- Effectively communicate with crew and supervisors
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment
- Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures
- Move around department to assist where work load is
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 40 pounds
- May be exposed to controlled non-toxic chemical mists or vapors
Qualifications: - Ability to read and understand written instructions and perform basic math
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
