Hassig Companies is hiring a licensed Michigan Journey Plumber who can run clean work, solve problems, and take ownership without being micromanaged.

*What You’ll Do*
* Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, drain, and vent systems
* Run work from rough in to finish
* Read blueprints, shop drawings, and job specs
* Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and to code
* Keep job sites clean, organized, and moving
* Communicate with foremen, project managers, customers, and ownership
* Use a company iPad with custom job software for simple documentation
*What We’re Looking For*
* Valid Michigan Journey Plumber License *required*
* Valid driver’s license *required*
* 5+ years of hands on field experience preferred
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to mentor apprentices when needed
* Strong communication and personal accountability
_Preferred, with higher pay consideration:_
* Master Plumber License
* Backflow Certification
* Strong commercial plumbing experience
* Ability to run larger jobs or lead small crews
