- Recruit and obtain consent from eligible participants in clinical and community settings, including the Tampa General Hospital- Women's Center and designated outreach events.
- Explain the program activities and services to potential participants, answer questions, and support informed consent and enrollment procedures in accordance with program protocols.
- Send, distribute, and track participant surveys, including NAS surveys, and follow up with clients as needed to support completion.
- Serve as a point of contact for participants by phone, addressing questions, concerns, and routine program-related needs in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct chart review and abstract relevant clinical information from the medical record (EPIC) as needed for program documentation and reporting.
- Enter, update, and maintain participant data in REDCap, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Prepare, organize, track, and ship program supplies and materials to participants' locations as needed.
- Participate in community outreach events and other program activities as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with institutional, programmatic, and confidentiality requirements, including appropriate handling of participant information and study materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of program goals.
