What Will You Do:
- Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports with mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
- Lead the spatial coordination and assembly of the building information model (BIM) with focus on the mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
- Leads the planning and execution of scheduled construction activities with MEP focus.
- Capable of procuring mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
- Establishes project level risk assessment and associated controls for mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
- Support Zero Injury safety program.
- Support the Quality Leadership System
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Ability to work non-traditional hours
