Human Resources Operations & Business Partner, the HR Generalist position is a highly influential and critical role that links our family of companies to our corporate HR operations. To best support our employees, your customers, this position requires you to sit onsite four days a week, with an optional remote day after you’ve completed your initial new hire period. Your goal will be to ensure an exceptional employee experience in alignment with corporate objectives. In the HR Generalist position you will perform human resources-related duties at the professional level with a primary focus on employee relations and recruiting. Additional responsibilities may include some or all of the following functional areas: employment law, compliance, and employee engagement.
