Accounting Manager / Firm Administrator

Young, Berman, Karpf & Karpf, P.A. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Firm Administrator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale.

We are a well-established, five-attorney, AV-rated family law firm looking for a professional who can oversee the firm's financial operations and help support the continued success of our practice.

Responsibilities include:
• Law firm accounting and financial reporting
• Trust (IOTA) account management and reconciliations
• QuickBooks and Clio administration
• Payroll and accounts payable/receivable
• Banking relationships and vendor management
• Selected HR and administrative responsibilities

Qualifications:
• Prior law firm accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks required
• Experience with Clio is a plus
• Knowledge of Florida trust accounting rules is required
• Exceptional organizational skills, integrity, and attention to detail
