🩺 What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care and follow individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health and promptly address changes
- Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other team members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
- Document care accurately and thoroughly
✅ Qualifications:
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care
- Reliability and flexibility for on-call needs
