This is a temporary part-time,non-unit position with no benefits. The Student Administrative & ProgramSupport Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, student services, andprogram support for MassBay Community College’s Corporate Partnerships andCommunity Education programs. This role serves as a primary point of contactfor students, instructors, and community members, helping to ensure smoothdaily operations, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming learningenvironment. The position offers valuable experience in business operations,customer service, marketing, event coordination, and student successinitiatives. The role is ideal for a business student seeking practicalexperience in organizational operations, customer relations, marketing, andprogram administration while contributing to student success and communityengagement initiatives.
