Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience (5+ years) managing Microsoft 365 environments, with a focus on operations, security, and user support.
- Provide end-user and operational support, managing incidents and service requests.
- Administer Exchange Servers (on-premises) including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Manage Exchange Online and hybrid environments, including migrations.
- Administer and support GCC High (GCCH) environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell.
- Implement and manage RBAC for secure access control.
- Support M&A activities, including tenant migrations and integrations.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and ensure secure communications.
- Enforce email policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Apply security best practices to protect the environment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimization.
- Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies. Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop technology solutions
- Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience as M365 Exchange Administrator
- PowerShell Scripting knowledge
