As our Customer Account Specialist, you will; - Coordinate customer accounts and detailed job plans
- Manage production schedules, order updates, and timelines
- Review purchase orders and support order entry
- Partner with manufacturing teams on materials and scheduling
- Communicate customer expectations and project updates
- Support Sales with pricing, estimates, and RFP requests
- Help drive quality, accuracy, and process improvements
What You Bring; - 2+ years of customer service or account coordination experience
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Printing, publishing, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred
