🌿 Crew Member – Landscape Maintenance 🌱

Every day is different: landscape maintenance, planting, weeding, trimming, mowing and outdoor beautification projects. If you are looking for an active, hands-on, and rewarding outdoor job with a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you 🌞

What You’ll Do 🌿

• Participate in the maintenance and beautification of commercial and municipal properties

• Perform line trimming and hand mowing as required

• Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plants 🌸

• Weed, water, and maintain flower beds and green spaces

• Install mulch, soil, and complete aesthetic finishing work

• Cut grass and safely operate landscape maintenance equipment such as:

  • String trimmers

  • Hedge trimmers

  • Leaf blowers

  • Lawn mowers and other specialized tools 🛠️

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

• Work closely with crew leaders and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality work

The Perfect Match 👀

You are someone who:

• Enjoys working outdoors and staying physically active

• 1 year of experience in grass and turf maintenance (preferred but not required)

• Perform line trimming and hand mowing as required

• Has good stamina and enjoys hands-on work 💪

• Has a positive attitude and strong team spirit

• Is reliable, punctual, and motivated

• Is comfortable working in different summer weather conditions

• Can perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling

• Can follow instructions and work independently when needed

• Has experience in landscape maintenance (an asset, but not required)

• Speaks French and/or English

• Has a valid driver’s license (an asset)
