Position Summary:
As the Associate Manager, Global eComm & e-Retail Activation & Content, OPI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of OPI’s eComm and eRetail channel activations (including eRetail, PurePlay, and OPI.com), ensuring cohesive execution across all platforms. You will be responsible for supporting and executing customized e-commerce plans tailored to the specific needs and strategies of the OPI brand. This role requires a deep understanding of content strategy and execution, e-commerce best practices, and a keen eye for innovation in the e-commerce space.

Qualifications:
3-4+ years of experience in e-commerce (with a focus on CARS), digital marketing, or retail management roles, with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and content-to-commerce strategies. Experience with premium beauty products is a plus.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Shopify) and headless commerce systems (e.g., Contentful) is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills, and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles—pay Range: $79,500.00 - $132,500.00 salary per year plus bonus. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
