| Job Summary | The University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, is seeking an Administrative Services Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Department Chair. This role is responsible for managing complex meeting calendars and clinic schedules, coordinating and hosting visitors, supporting monthly faculty meetings, and assisting with special projects. The position also plays a key role in preparing faculty dossiers and managing credentialing processes related to appointment and promotion. Additional responsibilities include planning departmental events and developing a monthly department newsletter. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. |
