Ensures excellent customer services

Fulfills responsibilities in a caring manner with members, community members, staffs, and guests
Office Operations:

Performs front desk operations and child care attendant as requested.

Answers and responds to incoming telephone calls and inquiries.

Performs all related new member responsibilities.

Performs point of sale and pro shop operation.

Schedules new member enrollment appointments
Marketing:

Responsible for providing information on all special programs for
-
individual and corporate memberships.

Accountable for providing information on individual and corporate memberships.
Requirements:
-
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
Proven communication skills and interpersonal skills
-
Experience working with management, professionals, and general public.
-
Experience in customer service.
-
Maintain current CPR certification.
-
Must have knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve the people with a caring attitude.

Basic computer and clerical skills.
