D&G is seeking a Communications Systems Exercise & Training Support Analyst to provide communications operations support for exercise and training events within a strategic command environment. This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting secure and non-secure communications systems that enable mission execution, training, and operational readiness across USSTRATCOM and associated mission partners.

The ideal candidate brings experience supporting national-level command and control environments and understands the critical role communications systems play in strategic operations, exercises, and training events.

What You Will Do

Provide communications systems support during exercise and training events.
Operate and manage secure and non-secure voice, video, and data communications systems.
Support conferencing operations across classified and unclassified networks.
Ensure communications systems readiness and functionality during mission events.
Troubleshoot and restore communications systems during live or simulated operations.
Coordinate with command center personnel to ensure seamless communications integration across systems.
Support command and control communications requirements during exercises, demonstrations, training events, and operational activities.
Maintain awareness of system status and communicate outages, issues, and operational impacts as required.
Perform other duties as directed by the Program Manager.

What We Are Looking For

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent military communications experience may be substituted.
7 years of experience demonstrated through positions held or narrative in a qualification summary, with clear evidence of competency in communications systems operations.
3 years of experience supporting one or more of the following missions: USSTRATCOM Global Operations Center (GOC), Airborne Command Post (ABNCP), National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC), or other National/MAJCOM-level operations centers.
Demonstrated experience operating secure and non-secure communications systems including: Secure and Non-Secure VOIP | Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) | Audio Recording Systems | Enhanced Communications Console (ECC) | AMX Video Display Units | PLANAR Video Wall | Digital Integrated Communications Electronic System (DICES) Thin Client Audio Controller | Distributive Continuity Integrated Network-TS (GOLD) | Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) | STRATCOM Training and Enterprise Network (STEN) | Nuclear Planning and Execution System (NPES) | Joint Integrated Missile Defense Systems | Missile Warning Training System.

Preferred

Experience supporting command center operations, exercise control activities, or strategic command and control environments.
Familiarity with continuity of operations communications systems and procedures.
Experience supporting senior leader communications and conferencing requirements.

Clearance and Eligibility

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Travel

Up to 10% CONUS travel.

Location

On site at Offutt Air Force Base, Bellevue, Nebraska.
