ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Operation Specialist to be part of the new EMEA Order to Cash team based in our Łodź SSC.
As a Customer Operation Senior Specialist, you’ll be the key connection between our company and our customers, ensuring smooth order management and excellent customer experience. You’ll manage the order cycle, query resolution while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable to meet customer expectations.
This is a high‑impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, results‑driven environment and is motivated by building strong, collaborative relationships.
