Carl's Jr. Evening Supervisor

In this role, you also serve as a Shift Supervisor—leading operations in the absence of the Manager and act as a role model for operational excellence. You support the management team in driving sales, maximizing profitability, and managing operational costs by effectively overseeing daily shift activities and ensuring optimal staff and resource utilization.

Essential Duties

• Provide exceptional and inclusive customer service while interacting with students, faculty, staff, and campus guests.
• Lead the daily operations of the fast-food concept, including administrative tasks and general maintenance, in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to ensure high performance and a positive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong delegation skills in a fast-paced setting, ensuring tasks are assigned appropriately and completed efficiently.
• Effectively utilize and adjust production control systems to maintain operational flow and product consistency.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of fast food and beverage items, ensuring quality and speed of service.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and Active Cashier (Mobile Orders) to accurately process customer transactions.
• Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Support food preparation efforts as needed during high-volume periods or staffing shortages.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all work areas, including the front of house, back of house, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards; escalate concerns or violations to the Manager.
• Support the Manager in overseeing daily store operations and assume leadership responsibilities in their absence.
• Continuously assess operations, identify improvement opportunities, and provide feedback to the Manager.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols in all areas of food service and preparation.
• Complete all CSU and ASC-mandated trainings within required timeframes
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of fast-food leadership experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Prolonged sitting in front of computer. Walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending, may carry 10-15 pounds of objects/material, not exposed to extreme noise level, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, taste or smell.
