Sr ISC Project Mgmt Manager

Job Description

As Senior ISC Project Management Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be a pivotal leader in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence. With your extensive, hands-on experience in supply chain, you will play a critical role successfully driving delivery of products and services to our Airline customers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, from planning and procurement to production and delivery.

You will report directly to our Sr Director ISC Proj Mgmt, and you’ll work out of our one of our Phoenix, AZ, Glendale, AZ, Tempe AZ, Torrance, CA, Minneapolis, MN, and Clearwater, FL locations on a hybrid work schedule.


Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Navigating and influencing R&O (Repair and Overhaul) site materials and operations teams for supply to meet minimum customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfilment.
  • Ensuring key ISC communications are delivered to customer business team, program management teams, and customers.
  • Effective communications and coordination between customers, customer business teams and Honeywell functions.
  • Developing & executing improvement projects to improve customer facing performance metrics.
  • Serving as the escalation point for critical supplier and customer issues.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
  • Carrying out the ISC strategy for sustainment program rate readiness.
  • Partnering with ISC Operations Teams, ISC Materials Management, ISC Sourcing, AME, E&T, CSO and other functional groups to ensure ability to address systemic customer issues and to achieve target performance levels across extended value stream.


Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in ISC areas such as, but not limited to: Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools
  • Strong project management skills and adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly recommended Aerospace aftermarket experience or airlines experience.
  • Diverse background including engineering, operations, quality, planning, procurement & customer-facing roles

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive results in a highly matrixed organization

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $190,000 - $237,000. And the annual base salary range for this position in Minnesota is $165,000 - $206,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
