The Marketing Analyst will be at the core of our data-driven decision-making process, using insights to fuel the growth of AtlantiCare. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives, helping us reach existing and new patients more effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to analyzing ROI (appointment/revenue data) and marketing data, interpreting results from marketing campaigns, and leveraging insights to optimize both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in web analytics, tag management, tracking platforms, Salesforce CRM, and data visualization tools to support and build our B2C2B efforts. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns.
To ensure success as a marketing analyst, you should have at least five years of experience partnering with marketing bringing analytical insights that drive business success. Ideal candidates will have a proven aptitude for interpreting data from disparate systems and strong research abilities. QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree (or similar) in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field is required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a bachelors degree (or similar) in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing analytics, research, and statistics, with a specific focus on B2B2C models, ideally within the healthcare industry or ecommerce. Proficiency in web analytics, tag management, tracking platforms, Salesforce CRM, and data visualization tools, particularly Datorama, is essential. Experience in leveraging and creating predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization is required. The candidate must be skilled in building and automating reporting dashboards and possess strong analytical, statistical, and communication skills to effectively present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams. Experienced in SQL, Excel, and advanced data manipulation is necessary. A deep understanding of marketing campaign strategies and tactics, combined with the ability to work independently and handle concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy, is crucial. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format, are essential for this role.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires some walking/standing and may have prolonged periods of sitting. Works with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, printer, telephone and copier.
