POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESThe Clinical Experience Program Manager (CEPM) oversees the coordination and implementation of medical students’ initial clinical experiences within the curriculum. These experiences are designed to provide structured exposure to clinical practice and support the development of foundational skills. The role works closely with clinical preceptors, Montefiore Health System sites, local clinic partners, and the Becoming a Physician (BAP) course team to facilitate student placements and ensure a high-quality learning environment. The CEPM manages clinical partnerships, oversees student placement processes, and supports program evaluation and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements.
BAP/ELCP Program
Student Training Program:
- Oversee administration of required student training programs, including system access, completion tracking, and compliance
- Prepare status updates and reports for program leadership
- Serve as a central resource for students, faculty, staff, and clinical partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to support effective program operations
- Maintain confidentiality of student and site information and perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, education, public health, business administration, or a related field required; Masters is preferred;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management, academic administration, healthcare operations, or a related field required. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of directly related experience demonstrating progressive responsibility may also be considered. Equivalent combinations of education and experience, including a relevant master’s degree, will be considered

Minimum Salary Range:
USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary Range:
USD $100,000.00/Yr.
