Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 (Final compensation will be determined based on the individual's experience, skill set, and geographic location, among other various factors)

The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic digital channels (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent). This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring a candidate who is both analytically driven and creatively aware. The ideal candidate can interpret performance data and translate it into decisive action, while also evaluating creative assets to understand what is and is not driving results.

This position can be remote or on-site at one of our office locations. Either option is an office environment. Work involves sitting most of the workday greater than 50% of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally. Position requires typing, applying pressure with the fingers and palm, and expressing or exchanging ideas through spoken and written communication. Conveying detailed or important spoken instructions to customers and other workers accurately, clearly, and at times, quickly. Hearing: Ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, receive detailed oral communication, and make discriminations in sound. Repetitive motion: Substantial repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading, primarily on a computer monitor. Occasional travel required for offsite meetings and events. Normally less than 10% of the time.
