Roll Form Operator

Job Summary

This position will perform operating duties and contribute to the department as directed by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities   

• Perform all required duties to operate an automatic roll form line to produce a single product with high volume
• Check and adjust for mill misalignment, make simple tooling changes or assist in complete tooling changes and setups
• Conduct general maintenance such as lubrication and butt welding
• Detect and report all defective materials, improper and unusual conditions to proper supervision and check product for quality
• Maintain records, schedules, and orders
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
