Production Scheduler II
You will report directly to our Sr Manager of Materials and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location. (Not Hybrid).
In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the Aero business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.
Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for executing the daily flow of work, operating the work order system, aligning production to the MPS and all associated initiatives within the business to achieve on-time shipments to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Support driving efficiency across the production line through driving on time production starts, aligning WIP to the current situation, eliminating aged Work Orders, planning and forecasting material replenishment and a production schedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in support of the operating plan (MPS).
- Drive the acceptance and use of a Kan Ban system and the constant improvement of the system.
- Collaborate with the broader supply chain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements in service, quality, inventory, on-time shipment & delivery, order fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- 6+ years’ experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
- Expertise in project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in leading/driving change.
