Quality Engineer II

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support quality assurance processes by conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.


Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and audit techniques.
  • Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 and familiarity with supplier quality management.


WE VALUE
  • Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading quality improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier quality management.
