Are you an RN who loves leading a team but still enjoys staying connected to resident care? Arden Park Post Acute is looking for a compassionate, experienced RN Supervisor (Float) to join our outstanding nursing leadership team.

In this unique role, you'll spend approximately 2 days per week working the medication cart and the remainder of your schedule supervising and supporting the nursing team, giving you the perfect balance of hands-on nursing and leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do

As our RN Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional resident care and supporting nursing staff throughout the facility.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and staffing
• Mentor, support, and coach nursing team members
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical improvement initiatives
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor resident outcomes and respond to changes in condition

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care as needed
• Perform medication administration and treatments during assigned cart shifts
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules
• Complete assessments and clinical documentation
• Support care planning and resident-centered care initiatives
• Ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and safety

What We're Looking For

Required

• Current California RN License in good standing
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred

• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Post-Acute, or Long-Term Care experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience
